Ch 1: The night I had enough
Cwtch Silk was not born in a boardroom. It was born at 3am, in damp sheets, with a glucose alarm and a question: there has to be a better way to sleep.
As a researcher living with Type 1 diabetes and a mother of a child with sensitive skin, I went looking for evidence, not luxury. What I discovered changed the way I think about bedding forever. This is the story of nocturnal hypoglycaemia, sensitive skin, and why the fabric we sleep on may matter far more than we realise.
